Affordable HealthCare Plans
Government Funded
The majority of ACA plans are subsidized by the federal or state government — meaning your monthly payment could be as low as $0 if you meet certain income levels.
Cost Sharing Reductions
A cost-sharing reduction (CSR) is a provision of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that reduces out-of-pocket costs for eligible enrollees. CSRs are discounts that lower the amount you have to pay for deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance. They are available with certain health plans.
Gold, Silver, Bronze
Bronze plans: Have the lowest monthly premiums, but more out-of-pocket costs when you use care
Silver plans: Have somewhat lower cost sharing than bronze plans
Gold plans: Have higher monthly payments, but lower out-of-pocket costs
